The whole process takes under two minutes. Make sure you use an active Pakistan mobile number — it is used to verify your identity and recover your account if needed. You must be 18 or older to register.

On the Login page, tap the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the code, set a new password, and you are back in. If your number has changed, contact support directly through the platform's live chat for manual verification.

No. Patti permits one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts violates the platform terms and may result in both accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created two accounts, contact support immediately to resolve this before it becomes an issue.

Mobile number changes require identity verification to protect your account. Log in, go to your account settings, and submit a number-change request. Support will verify your identity and update the number within 24 hours. Keep your old number accessible during this process as a verification code may be sent to it.

Winnings are calculated by multiplying your stake by the displayed odds at the time you placed the bet. For example, if you stake PKR 500 at odds of 2.50, your return is PKR 1,250 (stake × odds). The net profit is PKR 750. Odds displayed on Patti are in decimal format by default. Settled bets show the full breakdown in your account transaction history.

Cash Out is available on selected markets and allows you to settle your bet early for a guaranteed return before the final result. The cash-out value fluctuates in real time based on the current match situation. Look for the Cash Out button in your open bets section during a live match. Not all bet types or markets support this feature.

For Cricket matches that are abandoned due to rain or other reasons before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a result, your stake is typically refunded in full. If a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result is declared, the outcome stands and bets are settled accordingly.
